Detail explanation pre grooming…was given video of grooming…cats smells good after grooming…need to book slot online and place a deposit of rm20 per cat…prepare for additional charge if your cat is >5kg and has thick fur (this additional charge was not revealed prior, meaning no turning back once u place ur booking deposit as deposit is non refundable) on aversge standard pckage will be around rm50++ per cat

They groom the cats (4 of my cats) with full of love and patience. What I love about them is, they didnt use the thick glove to wash, bcoz it can easily scares the cats. They even send videos of the grooming process for each of the cats. Will come again. Anyway, I'm from KL, and my hometown is Ipoh, so when I need the cats to be groomed, I will always bring them to Calico.

This is the 1st time I bring my cat to have a 3days 2 nights stay here…. Love the service here, the staff are very nice and experience in calming down my cat coz my cat was scared about the new environment… The staff knew that we are missing our cat and they always update us his status by sending photos and video.
