Detail explanation pre grooming…was given video of grooming…cats smells good after grooming…need to book slot online and place a deposit of rm20 per cat…prepare for additional charge if your cat is >5kg and has thick fur (this additional charge was not revealed prior, meaning no turning back once u place ur booking deposit as deposit is non refundable) on aversge standard pckage will be around rm50++ per cat

did send my cat for grooming and good experience so far, staffs are very friendly as well. they also provide recorded video of the grooming process of my cat which is very convincing, and great for all cat parents out there <3

Awesome service from them. Reasonable price with a friendly assistance from Fadhilah. The cat was cherished like her own. Another plus point when they lend me the cat carrier for the cat to be brought home cause I didn't have one. The cat wasn't mine, she was a stray kitten which explained insufficient cat equipment from my end. Highly recommended!
